I cannot Login to my Zerodip account

Find help with your Zerodip account

An account on Zerodip gives you an experience you can customise. It enables you to get the full package from each of our website tools and services. To do this, you have to log in. You can log in from your PC web browser or your mobile web browser.

To log in to Zerodip, you must enter your registered email address and password. If you have trouble completing the log-in process or cannot remember your password, kindly follow the steps below.

  • Visit
  • Click on Login
  • Click Lost your password?
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Click on "Send Password Reset Link."

You will receive an automated email from us which contains a link help you create a new password


  • If you have not received our "Reset Password" email, kindly check your spam folder to confirm. If you are still having problems logging in, it may be that on registration, you provided the wrong email. If that is the case, then kindly re-register with your correct email address.

  • When creating your new password, use one that is easy to remember. Do not use a succession of alphabets or numbers like ABCD or 1234. Try using random words plus a number and a symbol. For example: CarinosaCopy~72!
  • Type in your email address and your new password, and then retype the new password to confirm.
  • Click Reset Password
  • Type in your email address and your new password
  • Confirm your new password


You will be redirected to the Log-In page to log-in with your new password

Any subsequent attempt to change your log-in details can be done from your dashboard.

Click Account Settings within the dashboard

  • Click Account Settings
  • Type your current password
  • Type your new password
  • Confirm your new password.
